Don’t Hold Grudges

Person releasing a heavy burden, symbolizing the letting go of grudges.

Why hold grudges? Well, they're like the emotional shed of old bikes and half-empty paint cans. Do you need a reminder of that one time your coworker whom you bought a beer for and didn’t buy one back? Grudge! Want an excuse to avoid speaking to a neighbour because their house alarm rang out for 20 minutes 5 years ago? Grudge! Plus, they're excellent conversation starters. "Hey, long time no see, the last time we met you used the last of the milk and put the bottle back in the fridge" Grudge! It's the ultimate mental exercise, like a game of emotional chess. Besides, it's the only way to truly appreciate forgiveness – like a back rub for your soul - just let it go. So, why not carry those grudges with pride? They're the medals of honor in life's quirky sea of effluent.
